Streamlining the auditing process with automation and integration

Context Background

This project was undertaken during my freelance period at Traveloka. Traveloka is a leading OTA (Online Travel Agency) in Southeast Asia.

As a UI UX designer, my role entails:

• leading the end-to-end UX research and UX strategy
• execute the UI (hi fi design)

This project is a continuation of two previous projects (Room Mapping Optimization and Moderation Split) where the goals are to improve the pre-moderation process.

This time, we are focusing to improve the auditing process, which is currently handled manually.  The improvement could take form of various methods such as automating the sampling, integrating the tools on the dashboard, and simplifying the feedback loops (from auditor to moderators).
